• Location: Jakarta
• Has min. 3 years of experience in implementing IT (Infrastructure) project
• Has knowledge about Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix), Network Security, Cloud Computing, SD WAN

Key responsibilities:

• Perform activity on-site / off-site toward customer during project
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Provide on-site/off-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members
  to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
• Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities to all
  project stake holder
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project and program team
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation
  and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project and program team,
  analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas
• Define success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project and program life cycle
• Identify and develop trusted adviser relationship with project stakeholders
• Others duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Has min. 3 years of experience in implementing IT (Infrastructure) project
• Has knowledge about Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix), Network Security, Cloud Computing, SD WAN
• Has good communication & presentation skills
• Willing to work in customer's site
• Has PMP or PMI certificate is advantageous
