- Co-plans with principals (of Tyre and buildings materials products) to determine sales target, market share target, pricing strategy, sale outlets expansion strategy, as well service level standrd agreements
- Manage communication establishes and maintains effective working relationships with Principals
- Works closely with principals and branch office management to disscuss complaints issues and concerns at branches
- Leads and supervises pricing and network development in determining the product pricing policies and sales terms at the branches as well as network expansion
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Economics. Prefereably Master's Degree in any related field
- Experience in automotive industry with min. 2 years of working as Supervisor in Marketing Development or related field
- Preferably have experience in handling multi branch company
- Able to take intiative under challenge
- Able to initiate ideas or improvements
