n Reporting and update shipment progress to customer

n Coordination of processes with operations, billing, and sales

n Shipping and commercial document management (no involvement in license application)


n PIB Confirmation and duty and taxes payment control

n Preparation of customs entry - if applicable (must be verified by customer)

n Preparation of miscellaneous clearance documents (must be verified by customer)

n Communication control tower with operations to monitor shipment status


n Preparation and submission of weekly/ monthly reports


Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): inter personal skill, export and import procedures, airfreight import, Airfreight Export.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s
