Key Responsibilities:

Partners with local leaders to plan and develop marketing and campaign plans to generate leads pipeline, grow share of wallet and across clients (TMO, key accounts and prospects)

  • Execute locally relevant marketing plans that support local market priorities and drive leads into the pipeline, increase share of wallet and retain existing clients
  • Plan, create and execute targeted account-based marketing plans across tactical and strategic campaigns for TMOs and key accounts – integrating segment themes and priorities into the plans
  • Collaborate closely with sales organization to analyze and understand segmentation of different tiers of clients based on revenue, employee and share of wallet & to structure right type and level of marketing plans
  • Grow new leads pipeline, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Ensure consistent client nurturing through multiple touchpoints including top-of-funnel channels like social media and blogging, middle-of-funnel channels like email nurturing, webinar, social selling techniques through to bottom-of-funnel activities with Client management teams
  • Develop & implement sales and marketing campaigns to capture upselling and cross selling across adjacencies (HCB, CRB) to increase WTW share of wallet

Plan and implement a solid client relevant campaign and content strategy through ongoing client insights (from external sources) and data analysis
  • Integrate campaign elements and content themes (global, regional and local) to drive strong messaging synergies
  • Derive actionable based insights & plans through market segmentation, working closely with client management and sales op team for marketing targeting requirements and segmentation, ensuring data quality
  • Develop and adapt content/communications messages tailored effectively to pique interest and considerations of TMO, key accounts and prospects to amplify outreach across all elements of the marketing mix Develop outreach/cadence to targeted clients
  • Customizes global/regional survey results for market as needed and work with local teams on rollout campaign approach
  • Monitor, analyze and present to the business the results and ROI

Grow WTW Brand through optimized channels and content strategy
  • Develop a robust digital and social media campaign strategy across thought-leadership pieces, surveys, shareable customer-focused content about our products and their benefits
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content and links leveraging LinkedIn, WeChat, Facebook and WTW websites
  • Plan and host offline WTW signature events to deepen relationships with clients and attract local client prospects
  • Develop “Event in a Box” to support “smaller scaled” WTW branded events (eg less than 20 pax)
  • Identify effective & new brand recognition innovative opportunities in the market to build leadership visibility and thought leadership
  • Act as a champion and guardian of WTW’s identity and brand, ensuring messaging, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity is consistent and in line with the brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistency and quality control on all communications collateral produced with detailed and accurate proofing skills, in line with the local and global internal approvals process

Qualifications:

  • University degree, or above
  • Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point
  • At least 5 years experience in the same role with insurance or B2B industry (experience in insurance industry will be preferable)
  • Excellent English in both written and spoken
  • Strong autonomous, excellent cross-functional skill
  • High demonstration of communication and customer management
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense, strategic-thinking, well-organized
  • Be able to work under high pressure
