Minimum Qualifications

• University Degree in Management, Human Resource, Communication, or Psychology
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in adult training or similar.
• Having experience in Sales or Customer Service will be advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Self motivated and goal driven.
• Basic English and Bahasa.
• Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Power Point.

Job Description

• Conduct field training for sales network, including pre and post test to ensure compliance / understanding on process, procedures, regulation
• Monitor sales performance, quality, and FSPD30 numbers and coordinate with sales network, sales QA, and Risk trainer to maintain or increase the performance in the sales network to support the achievement of sales KPI
• Monitor EL access rate and coordinate with sales network to maintain or increase it to ensure development of SA's is meeting the standard to support the achievement of sales KPI
