Mission : You assure the business success of our client and their reputation with their clients and distributors.

Tasks:

  • You develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • You acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • You expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • You ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • You serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • You resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • You play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • You prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • You have a master’s degree in business or engineering, or equivalent experience
  • You have a relevant experience in industrial and international B2B account management (direct & indirect)
  • You are customer-oriented
  • You have a good command of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • You are open and multi-cultural mind-set
  • You are results-oriented and entrepreneurial-minded
  • You already have an international sales experience (ideally EMEA)
  • You are proficient in English and French
  • You have the ability to negociate naturally
  • You are international/cultural oriented
  • You work regularly with Microsoft Office Word, excel and an Erp or at least a CRM
  • You travel up to 40% of your time
