As a Bilingual On-Site IT Support Analyst (DU/ ENG) - (F/M), your tasks and responsabilities are the following:

Answering, evaluating and prioritizing requests for assistance from usersregarding (IT) software, hardware, applications
In charge of the administration, break/fix process, rollout and user support of smartphones in a BYOD/CYOD capacity and loan equipment;
Primary contact person for vendors and service providers regarding office equipment, including printers, smartphones, desktop PCs and laptops, etc.;
Maintaining Computer and User Objects in Active Directory
Installing PC's
Providing user support on remote connectivity issues

You are fluent in Dutch and English
You have 2-5 years of experience as IT support Officer
The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
Ability to provide user support, installing and troubleshooting of the Microsoft Windows and Office Professional Software package
Fluency in English and Dutch, french is an asset
Experience in a business environment
At least 2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk related role
Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment
The candidate is reliable, mature, able to work in autonomy
