At the moment we are looking for a Consolidation Manager to join our Finance team!
Responsibilities
You will be the Administrator of Cognos Controller, able to drive the software and acting as an admin user (Upgrades; Master-data & parameters; training, support of end-users, training material; interfaces). Solid user of TM1 as a BI tool.
You will be the driver for the monthly consolidation & related internal reporting.
You will be responsible for Quarterly/yearly consolidation & related internal and external reporting. Master P&L by nature & by function.
You will be responsible for integrating changes in scope, IFRS rules, valuation rules, master data & sox controls and to train end-users.
You will analyze & comment variances; perform controlling tasks & support unit controllers and staff controller. Propose modifications to the financial models. Enforce internal control.
You will collaborate with senior management to align budget targets to the financial situation of the organization.
You will be responsible for consolidation of budgets.
You will develop process improvement systems and tools to increase departmental and organizational efficiency.
You will engage in identifying new and maintaining existing relationships to achieve reciprocal development and personal growth.
Requirements
You have at least 5 years of experience in consolidation in a multi-national environment.
IFRS knowledge; accounting background.
You are familiar in working with Controller & TM1. Knowledge of dash boarding tools is a plus.
You previously worked with Navision or another ERP tool.
Good knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
Fluent in English.
Flexible, reliable, autonomous, able to reach deadlines and manage priorities.
You have an analitical mindset and are not afraid about executing some hands-on tasks.
